Stems 1−3 cm, simple or slightly branched, densely covered with ± medifixed, appressed to ascending white hairs 0.5 mm and with fewer basifixed, spreading hairs up to 4 mm, at the nodes sometimes with black hairs mixed in. Stipules green, 7−10 mm, narrowly triangular, long acuminate, longitudinally nerved, adnate to the petiole for 1−2 mm, loosely covered with basifixed, spreading hairs c. 2 mm, especially at the margins. Leaves 5−8 cm; petiole 1−1.5 cm, slender, loosely hairy like the stem. Leaflets in 4−6 pairs, narrowly elliptic to narrowly obovate, 13−20 × 2.5−4 mm, acute, minutely mucronulate, distinctly nerved on both sides, covered on upper side sparsely, on underside rather densely with basifixed, ascending to spreading white hairs 0.8−1.2 mm. Peduncles 1−4 cm, densely hairy like the stem, toward the raceme sometimes also with black hairs. Racemes 3−9 cm long, 2.5−3 cm in diameter, densely many-flowered. Bracts 11−15 mm, narrowly triangular-acuminate to linear-acute, densely hairy like the stipules, with some black hairs mixed in.
