Stems, if rarely present, very short, up to 1 cm, very densely covered with ± medifixed, tangled, spreading white hairs 0.5−1 mm. Stipules green, 3−6 mm, narrowly triangular to triangular, adnate to the petiole for 0.5−2 mm, loosely to densely covered with ascending white hairs, at the margins also with basifixed hairs. Leaves 2.5−10 cm; petiole 1−3 cm, like the rachis loosely to rather densely covered with symmetrically to asymmetrically bifurcate, spreading white hairs 0.5−1 mm. Leaflets in (5−)7−11 pairs, elliptic to obovate, (4−)6−15 × 2.5−6 mm, rounded to acute and sometimes minutely mucronulate, on upper side sparsely to loosely, on underside rather densely to densely covered with symmetrically bifurcate, ascending to spreading hairs 1−1.5 mm. Peduncles 2−4 cm, angular-sulcate, hairy like the rachis but with some longer hairs up to 2 mm mixed in. Racemes short, subumbellate, rather densely 6−12-flowered. Bracts greenish, 3−4 mm, narrowly triangular, white and black hairy, at the margins also with basifixed hairs. Pedicels c. 1 mm, hairy. Calyx (11−)13−15 mm, tubular, rather densely covered with symmetrically to strongly asymmetrically bifurcate, mostly flexuose, ± spreading white hairs 0.5−1(−1.5) mm, with some black hairs mixed in; teeth subulate, 2−4 mm, at the margins also with basifixed hairs, white hairy on inner side. Petals violet. Standard 22−24(−28) mm; blade 8−9 mm wide, obovate, emarginate, slightly constricted below the middle, at the base obtuse-angularly passing into the rather long cuneate claw. Wings 20−23 mm; blades narrowly obovate, slightly dilated toward the obliquely emarginate tip, 6−7 × 2.5 mm; auricle c. 1 mm, claw c. 13 mm. Keel 18−21 mm; blades obovate-curved, with in upper part nearly rectangular- curved lower edge and concave upper edge, subobtuse, 5−5.5 × 2.5 mm; auricle short. claw c. 13 mm.
