Stipules whitish-membranous, adnate to the petiole for 1−3(−5) mm, the upper ones up to 15 mm, hairy at the margins and tips. Leaves 6–20(−23) cm; petiole 1−3(–4) cm, like the rachis ± densely covered with spreading hairs of unequal length, 0.5−2 mm.
