Stems 2−5(−8) cm, very densely covered with ± medifixed, subappressed to ascending or partly spreading. tangled hairs c. 0.5 mm and with much fewer strongly asymmetrically bifurcate to subbasifixed, spreading hairs 1−1.5 mm. Stipules 7−8 mm, narrowly triangular-acuminate, adnate to the petiole for 1−1.5 mm, sparsely hairy, at the margins with strongly asymmetrically bifurcate to subbasifixed hairs. Leaves 5−7(−8) cm; petiole 1−1.5 cm, with the rachis densely hairy like the stem. Leaflets in 3−6(−8) pairs, narrowly elliptic to narrowly obovate, 10−15(−18) × 3−5.5(−7) mm, obtuse to subacute, minutely mucronulate, on upper side glabrous or with scattered hairs only, mainly toward the margins, more rarely loosely hairy like the underside, on underside rather densely covered with symmetrically to strongly asymmetrically bifurcate, ascending to spreading, tangled hairs 0.5−1 mm. Peduncles 0.5−1.5 cm, stout, very densely hairy like the stem but mostly with more long, spreading hairs. Racemes oblong-ovoid to cylindrical, 5−12 cm long, densely many-flowered. Calyx 22−24 mm, tubular at anthesis, inflated at fruiting time and at the base 6−7 mm wide, obliquely gibbous, gradually and strongly narrowed toward the mouth, not ruptured by the pod, densely covered with subbasifixed, spreading hairs 1−2 mm and with some short, more appressed hairs, sometimes with some short black hairs mixed in, white hairy in upper part on inner side of the tube; teeth linear-subulate, (5−)7−10 mm, densely hairy on inner side. Petals dingy yellow. Standard 21−24 mm; blade 9 mm wide, obovate, emarginate, slightly constricted below the middle, slightly angularly passing into the rather long claw. Wings as long as the standard; blades narrowly oblong to narrowly elliptic, rounded, 6−8 × 2.5−3 mm; auricle c. 1 mm, claw 15−16 mm. Keel 20−22 mm; blades obliquely obovate, with in upper part rectangularly curved lower edge and slightly concave upper edge, obtuse, 5.5−7 × 2.5−3 mm; auricle minute, claw 15−16 mm. Stamen-tube truncate at the mouth. Ovary sessile, white shaggy. Legumes sessile, enclosed in the calyx, narrowly ellipsoid to ovoid, 6−10 mm long, 3−4 mm high, compressed laterally, keeled ventrally, rounded dorsally, with a beak 3−4 mm, bilocular; valves densely villous with subbasifixed, spreading long white hairs and with much shorter hairs. Seeds 2 or rarely 4, 3.5−4 mm long, light brown.
