Rootstock slender, with a pluricipital root-crown. Stems several, 4–9(–12) cm, erect or slightly ascending, rather slender, greyish by the dense hairs. Stipules whitish-membranous to greenish, 2–3 mm, ovate-triangular, acute, loosely to rather densely hairy, very shortly adnate to the petiole. Leaves 3–4 cm; petiole as as the rachis, with the slender rachis hairy like the stem. Leaflets in (2–)3–4(–5) pairs, narrowly elliptic to oblong-linear, 4–17 × 1–3 mm, acute to obtuse, on upper side sparsely to loosely, on underside mostly more densely appressed hairy. Peduncles 1–4 cm, white hairy like the stem. Racemes rather loosely 4–6(–7)- flowered, 2.5–3 cm long; axis 0.5–1(–1.7) cm, predominantly white hairy. Bracts hyaline- membranous, 1.5–2 mm, the lower ones ovate, the upper ones narrowly triangular, obtuse, sparsely black and white hairy. Pedicels 1–1.5 mm, black hairy. Calyx tubular, 11–14 mm, slightly gibbous at the base, slightly obliquely cut at the mouth, loosely to rather densely covered with ascending, symmetrically to asymmetrically bifurcate white and black or predominantly black hairs 0.5–1 mm; teeth subulate, unequal, 1.5–3 mm, white hairy on inner side. Petals ? violet. Standard 20–25 mm; blade c. 7 mm wide, narrowly obovate-pandurate, slightly emarginate, slighty constricted in the middle, narrowed at the base into the short cuneate claw. Wings 19–24 mm; blades narrowly elliptic, obtuse, 6–7 × 2–2.5 mm; auricle 0.8–1 mm, claw 15–18 mm. Keel 18–23 mm; blades obovate-curved, with widely curved lower edge and concave upper edge, subobtuse; auricle short, claw 15–18 mm. Stamen-tube obliquely cut at the mouth. Ovary with a stipe c. 1 mm, white hairy; style glabrous. Legumes with a stipe c. 1 mm, narrowly oblong to rarely linear, attenuate at both ends, slightly curved or rarely straight, 15–23(–30) mm long, 4–5 mm high and 2.5–3 mm wide, keeled ventrally, grooved dorsally, with a curved beak 1.5–2 mm, incompletely to nearly fully bilocular; valves coriaceous, densely villous with tangled, spreading white hairs up to 3 mm.
