Stipules chartaceous, greenish^yellow to reddish suffused, glabrous or very sparsely ciliate at the margins, adnate to the petiole for c. 2 mm, the lower ones oblong to ovate, up to 12 × 7 mm, obtuse, the upper ones narrowly triangular-acuminate, up to 22 mm. Leaves (10−)15−30(−55) cm; petiole 3−8 cm, like the rachis glabrous or very sparsely, rarely more densely covered with spreading hairs 2−3 mm. Leaflets in 16−27 pairs, ovate to elliptic, (7−)10−20(−25) × (4−)7−13(−18) mm, rounded to slightly emarginate, on upper side glabrous, on underside glabrous or sometimes at the nerves or allover loosely covered with ascending hairs. Wings 21−26 mm; blades narrowly-oblong-spathulate, widest below the obliquely truncate to slightly retuse tip, c. 15 × 5 mm; auricle 3 mm, claw c. 14 mm. Keel 19−23 mm; blades curved, with widely rectangularly curved lower edge and distinctly concave upper edge, furnished in apical part with minute teeth, slightly beak-like narrowed toward the obtuse tip, c. 8 × 4 mm; auricle short, claw c. 15 mm. Stamen-tube obliquely cut at the mouth. Ovary with a stipe c. 7 mm, glabrous. Legumes very long stipitate, stipe 12−25 mm, curved at the bas of fruit, these therefore erect, oblong-ovoid, 25−35(−42) mm long, 17−22 mm high and wide, widely rounded ventrally and dorsally, with a beak 3−8 mm, incompletely bilocular with a narrow septum; valves thin but hard, straw-colored to pale brownish, glabrous.
