Stem erect, 4–7 mm in diameter, slightly to distinctly sulcate, densely covered with tangled, spreading hairs 0.1–1 mm and with fewer spreading hairs up to 2 mm. Stipules mostly green, filiform, 10–25 mm, very shortly adnate to the petiole, hairy and ciliate at the margins. Leaves 17–25 cm; rachis hairy like the stem. Leaflets in 18–25 pairs, elliptic or obovate, (12–)14–25 (–33) × (4–)7–14(–17) mm, acuminate or slightly emarginate, on upper side glabrous or sparsely hairy toward the margins, on underside rather densely covered with appressed to subappressed, tangled hairs 0.5–1.2 mm. Peduncles stout, 5–8 cm, hairy like the stem. Racemes globose, 3–6 cm in diameter, many-flowered; axis densely covered with long, spreading hairs. Bracts linear, 8–13 mm, ciliate with long, silvery hairs. Pedicels up to 1 mm. Bracteoles filiform, 6–12 mm, ciliate. Calyx tubular to slightly bulgy, (15–)18–27(–30) mm, densely covered with hairs 1.5–5 mm; teeth subulate to filiform, 5–13(–16) mm, upper part of inner side of tube and inner side of teeth densely appressed white hairy. Petals yellow, glabrous. Standard 23–29(–33) mm; blade elliptic to obovate, 6–8(–10) mm wide, rounded to slightly emarginate, gradually narrowed into the short claw. Wings 24–31 mm; blades narrowly oblong, obtuse, 12–16 × 3–4 mm. Keel 23–30 mm; blades triangular-elliptic, with in the middle gibbously curved lower edge and straight upper edge, obtuse, 12–15 × 5–6 mm; auricle short. Stamen-tube obliquely cut at the mouth.
