Tavsif · Description
Podlech & Zarre (2013), vol. III, p. 1897Plants 30–60(–90) cm cm tall, subshrubby, covered with finely warty, ± medifixed, appressed white, at the stipules and in the inflorescence also black hairs. Rootstock up to 7 mm thick, branched. Stems branched, those of the current year 8–18 cm, brownish to dark brown, very densely covered with white, at the nodes also black hairs 0.3–0.5 mm. Stipules greenish, 2–4 mm, narrowly triangular, adnate to the petiole for 1–1.5 mm, ± densely black and white hairy. Leaves 3–10 cm; petiole 1–2(–3) cm, like the rachis slender, grooved adaxially, loosely to rather densely covered with white hairs, sometimes with few black hairs mixed in. Leaflets in 6–10 pairs, linear to narrowly elliptic, 6–12(–15) × 1–2.5(−5) mm, obtuse to subacute, on upper side sparsely to loosely, on underside more densely covered with white hairs up to 1 mm, sometimes glabrescent on upper side, often folded. Peduncles 10–18 cm, sparsely to rather densely covered with white, toward the raceme also with black hairs. Racemes ovoid, rather densely many-flowered, at fruiting time elongated; axis densely covered with asymmetrically bifurcate, spreading white hairs up to 1 mm and with much fewer and shorter black hairs. Bracts 1–3 mm, narrowly triangular, with spreading white and black hairs. Pedicels c. 1 mm, densely hairy; flowers spreading. Calyx 9–12 mm, tubular, slightly obliquely cut at the mouth, densely covered with ascending to spreading, tangled, basifixed white hairs up to 1.2 mm and with ± appressed to spreading, asymmetrically bifurcate, distinctly shorter black hairs; teeth subulate, slightly unequal, the longer 2–3 mm. Petals pale yellow with pinkish standard, wilting dirty lilac. Standard 16–19 mm; blade 6–9 mm wide, elliptic, emarginate, at the base subabruptly contracted into the cuneate claw. Wings 14–20 mm; blades narrowly oblong and slightly dilated toward the tip to obovate, rounded to slightly obliquely emarginate, 6–10 × 2.5–3.5 mm; auricle c. 1 mm, claw 8–9 mm. Keel 12–15 mm; blades obliquely oblong-curved, with in upper part widely curved lower edge and concave upper edge, subobtuse to subacute, 4.5–5.5 × c. 2.5 mm; auricle acute, c. 0.8 mm, claw 7–8 mm. Stamen-tube ± truncate at the mouth. Ovary subsessile, linear, sparsely hairy; style long, slender, glabrous. Legumes sessile, narrowly linear, 17–30 mm long, 2–2.5 mm high and wide, obtusely keeled ventrally, grooved dorsally, with a slender beak up to 8 mm, bilocular; valves thin but tough, loosely to rather densely covered with asymmetrically bifurcate, subappressed to ascending, tangled white hairs up to 1 mm and often, especially at the dorsal side with ± medifixed, appressed, shorter black hairs.
