Stipules membranous, 3−5 mm, narrowly triangular, adnate to the petiole for 1−2 mm, otherwise free, densely covered with appressed white hairs, at the base often with some black hairs mixed in. Leaves 2−3.5 cm, unifoliolate; petiole 0.5−1 cm, densely appressed hairy. Leaflet elliptic to ovate, 15−32 × 10−20 mm, obtuse, on both side very densely covered with appressed hairs mostly sitting on minute tubercles. Peduncle 3−5 cm, slender, hairy like the stem. Raceme ovoid to shortly cylindric, 2−4 cm long and 1.8−2 cm in diameter, densely many-flowered. Bracts linear, acute, 3−4 mm, white hairy. Flowers subsessile. Calyx tubular-turbinate, c. 10 mm, rather densely covered with spreading white hairs c. 1 mm; teeth subulate, c. 6 mm, Petals lemon green.
