Stems 5−30 cm, ligneous at the base, branched, parts of the current year very densely white hairy, at the nodes sometimes with few black hairs mixed in. Stipules 2−6 mm, narrowly triangular, adnate to the petiole for 1–2 mm, white and black hairy. Leaves 5−11 cm; petiole 1–3 cm, sulcate adaxially, densely to very densely hairy like the stem. Leaflets in (1−)2−3(−4) pairs, linear to narrowly elliptic, (8−)15−25(−50) × (1.5−)2−3(−8) mm, acute, on both sides rather densely to densely hairy. Peduncles 12−22 cm, angular- sulcate, white hairy like the stem. Racemes loosely 10−30-flowered. Bracts membranous, 2−3 mm, narrowly triangular, white hairy.
