Stems in older parts up to 8 cm, stout, ligneous, with dark greyish bark, with many non-flowering, short offshoots of the current year. Stems of the offshoots 0.5−6 cm, densely covered with medifixed, appressed white hairs 0.3−0.5 mm, partly completely concealed by the stipules; stems of the current year 1.5−2.5 cm, concealed by the stipules. Stipules membranous, green-tipped, 6−13 mm, narrowly triangular, adnate to the petiole for 3−4 mm, the lower ones highly up, the upper ones shortly connate behind the stem, densely covered with strongly asymmetrically bifurcate to subbasifixed, appressed to ascending white hairs 1−2 mm, often with some black hairs mixed in. Leaves 2.5−6 cm; petiole 1−2 cm, like the short rachis densely covered with medifixed to strongly asymmetrically bifurcate, appressed to spreading, tangled, flexuous white hairs up to 1.5 mm. Leaflets in 2−3 pairs, narrowly obovate to obovate, (7−)10−25 × 3−10 mm, acuminate-mucronulate at the tip, on upper side loosely, on underside densely covered with symmetrically to strongly asymmetrically bifurcate, flexuose, tangled, ascending hairs 1−1.5 mm. Petals dingy yellow. Standard 25−27 mm; blade 8−9 mm wide, obovate, widely and shortly triangularly narrowed upward, obtuse, slightly constricted below the middle, angularly passing into a short claw. Wings 22−24 mm; blades narrowly oblong, subobtuse, c. 8 × 2.5 mm. Keel 20−22 mm; blades 6 × 3 mm. Legumes sessile, erect, 17−20 mm long, 6−7 mm high, 8−10 mm wide, keeled ventrally, rounded dorsally, with a reflexed, slender beak 3−5 mm, bilocular; valves coriaceous, densely villous, with basifixed, spreading, tangled white hairs up to 3 mm.
