Tavsif · Description
Podlech & Zarre (2013), vol. III, p. 1682Plants 15−35 cm tall, covered in vegetative parts with mostly medifixed, appressed, white hairs 0.5−1 mm. Rootstock with a pluricipital root-crown. Stems several, branched at the base, scarcely angular, loosely to rather densely hairy. Stipules whitish-hyaline, 1.5−3 mm, from wide base narrowly triangular, free from the petiole, behind the stem shortly or up to 2/3 of the length connate, sparsely to loosely hairy, at the margins partly with strongly asymmetrically bifurcate hairs. Leaves 1.5−4.5(−8) cm; petiole 0.3−1 cm, like the rachis slender, rather densely covered with tangled hairs. Leaflets in 6−8(−12) pairs, elliptic to obovate, 2−5(−7) × 0.8−3(−4) mm, rounded, on both sides rather densely hairy. Peduncles 2.4−10 cm, loosely to rather densely white hairy. Racemes short, ovoid to capitate, densely 5−15(−22)-flowered; axis with white and very short black hairs. Bracts 1.5−3 mm, whitish- membranous, narrowly triangular, with white and sometimes few black hairs, at the margins with strongly asymmetrically bifurcate to basifixed hairs. Pedicels 0.5−1 mm, with predominantly white hairs. Calyx at anthesis tubular, 9−10 mm, at length slightly inflated but ruptured by the legume, loosely to rather densely covered with subappressed white and distinctly shorter black hairs, sometimes glabrescent with age; teeth narrowly triangular, 1−1.5 mm. Petals violet or pale violet, the keel with a dark violet tip. Standard 18−20(−24) mm; blade obovate, 6−7 mm wide, narrowly retuse, slightly constricted below the middle, gradually narrowed at the base. Wings 15−20 mm; blades narrowly oblong, deeply obliquely bilobed, 7−9 × 1−1.5 mm; auricle c. 0.5 mm, claw 8−11 mm. Keel 12.5−16 mm; blades obliquely obovate-curved, with in upper part widely curved lower edge and slightly concave upper edge, obtuse, 5−6 × 2−2.5 mm; auricle indistinct, claw 7.5−10 mm. Stamen- tube truncate at the mouth. Ovary sessile, narrowly ellipsoid, densely white hairy; style glabrous. Legumes sessile, narrowly oblong, 7−11(−14) mm long, c. 3 mm high, 2 mm wide, keeled ventrally, narrowly rounded dorsally, with an subulate beak 1.5−2 mm, bilocular; valves thin, straw-colored, densely covered with subappressed to slightly ascending, subbasifixed to basifixed white hairs up to 1.5 mm and with fewer, much shorter, ± medifixed black hairs.
