Stems several, 3−12 cm, loosely to rather densely covered with medifixed, appressed white hairs 0.4−0.8 mm, at the nodes with some black hairs mixed in, partly glabrescent with age. Stipules greenish, 3−6 mm, narrowly triangular, very shortly adnate to the petiole, white and black hairy. Leaves (5−)8−10(−12) cm; petiole 1.5−2.5 cm, with the slender rachis hairy like the stem. Leaflets in 4−6 pairs, linear to very narrowly elliptic, 10−20 × 1−2(−3) mm, acute, on both sides loosely to rather densely covered with medifixed, appressed white hairs 0.8−1.2 mm, with some black hairs mixed in. Peduncles 6−9(−13) cm, sparsely to loosely hairy like the rachis. Racemes 4−8 cm long, loosely 8−15-flowered. Bracts whitish-membranous, 2−4 mm, narrowly triangular, black hairy, at the base of margins sometimes with minute sessile glands. Pedicels c. 1 mm, black hairy. Calyx 9−13 mm, narrowly tubular, obliquely cut at the mouth, covered with appressed, predominantly black hairs 0.5−1 mm; teeth subulate, 2−4 mm, sparsely white hairy on inner side. Petals pinkish violet. Standard 15−20 mm; blade 6−7 mm wide, obovate, triangularly narrowed toward the subobtuse tip, slightly constricted below the middle, at the base subangularly passing into the short claw. Wings 14−19 mm; blades narrowly oblong, slightly obliquely emarginate, 6−8 × 2 mm; auricle c. 1 mm, claw 8−11 mm. Keel 12−15 mm; blades obliquely obovate, with widely curved lower edge an ± straight upper edge, subacute, c. 5 × 2.5 mm; auricle c. 0.3 mm, claw 8−10 mm. Stamen-tube slightly obliquely cut at the mouth. Ovary sessile, hairy; style glabrous. Legumes sessile, narrowly oblong, slightly curved, 13−18 mm long, c. 2 mm high, scarcely keeled ventrally, slightly grooved to rounded dorsally, with a slender, straight beak 3−4 mm, bilocular; valves thinly coriaceous, pale brownish, loosely to rather densely covered with medifixed, appressed white and black hairs 0.6−1 mm, partly glabrescent with age.
