Podlech & Zarre (2013), vol. III, p. 1948Plants subshrubs 10−30 cm tall, branched at the base. Stems of the current year 2−10(−15) cm, 1−10 flowering et often 1−3 sterile, 2−3(−3.5) mm in diameter, densely covered with bifurcate, appressed white hairs. Stipules of lower leaves 2−2.5 mm, triangular, those of upper leaves 3−4 mm, narrowly triangular, all adnate to the petiole for 1.5−2 mm, loosely covered with subappressed white and black hairs. Leaves near the base of stem 1−4 cm; petiole 0.5−2 cm, with leaflets in (1−)2−3 pairs, obovate to narrowly obovate, 5−7 mm long; leaves in middle or upper part of the stem 4−6 cm, petiole 0.5−2 cm, with leaflets in 3−4(−5) pairs, narrowly elliptic, 10−18 × 2.5−5(−6) mm, on upper side sparsely, on underside rather densely covered with bifurcate, appressed white hairs. Peduncles 4−16 cm, rather densely appressed white hairy. Racemes at anthesis rather densely 7−15-flowered, elongating with age and 2−6 cm long. Bracts narrowly triangular, 3−5 mm, white and black hairy, often the lower 1−6 without flowers. Pedicels 1−2 mm. Calyx shortly tubular, 8.5−11 mm, appressed white hairy, with black hairs mixed in especially in lines toward the teeth; teeth narrowly triangular- acuminate, 1.5−3 mm, white villous on inner side. Petals creamy ot slightly yellowish. Standard 22−24 × 9−11 mm, obovate or elliptic, slightly emarginate, gradually narrowed at the base. Wings 20−22 mm; blades narrowly oblong, to narrowly elliptic, rounded, 3−3.5 mm wide. Keel 18−19 mm. Legumes erect or suberect, narrowly oblong, 18−20 mm long, 3−4 mm high, keeled by the prominent nerve ventrally, grooved dorsally,, nearly bilocular; valves appressed white hairy. Seeds 3.5 × 1 mm.
