Stipules green, 6−8 mm, densely covered with short white hairs, adnate to the petiole and behind the stem connate up to the middle, free tips triangular. Leaves (4−)10−22 cm; petiole and rachis rather slender, densely covered with strongly asymmetrically bifurcate, ± ascending, flexuose, tangled white hairs 1−2 mm. Leaflets in (10−)15−20 pairs, elliptic to narrowly elliptic, (6−)10−15 mm long, on both sides hairy like the rachis. Peduncles 3−15 cm, rather loosely hairy like the rachis, below the raceme sometimes also with black hairs mixed in. Racemes obovoid, 5−6 cm long, loosely 8−15-flowered; axis 1−2 cm. Bracts 5−8 mm, narrowly ovate, acute, densely covered with black and fewer white hairs. Pedicels c. 1 mm, covered with black and fewer white hairs.
