Podlech & Zarre (2013), vol. III, p. 2025Plants c. 6−7 cm tall, subacaulescent, with only white hairs. Stems very short, 1−2 cm, stout, very densely villous with long spreading hairs. Stipules green, 5−8 mm, triangular to ovate, acute, villous. Leaves 5−8 cm; petiole 1−2.5 cm, like the rachis shortly villous with spreading hairs. Leaflets in 4−8 pairs, widely obovate to orbicular, 5−15 mm long, rounded or minutely mucronulate, on upperside loosely, on underside densely villous with distinct veins. Racemes sessile or nearly so, c. 5.5 cm long, many-flowered. Bracts 4−5 mm, narrowly triangular, acuminate, white hairy. Calyx c. 20 mm, obliquely gibbous at the base, villous with soft spreading hairs; teeth subulate, 7−8 mm. Petals bright dingy yellow. Standard c. 22 mm; blade 8 mm wide, oblong-obovate, slightly emarginate, slightly constricted in lower third, angularly passing into the rather long claw. Wings 20−22 mm; blades narrowly oblong, rounded. Keel c. 22 mm; blades mostly suborbicular, subobtuse. Ovary sessile, densely covered with spreading hairs. Legumes unknown.
